How to Open the File.

Step 1. Goto Your Desktop

Step 2. Open the '12 IT' Folder.

Step 3. Open the 'Unit 4 Sac 2' Folder

Step 4. Double click on 'spencer unit4 sac1' file.

And you're Done

How to Add, Edit and Delete.

Step 1. Click on a 'Cell' within the window.

Step 2. This enables you to Add (what you want in the cell), Edit (whats in the Cell) and what you want to Delete (within the cell).

And you're Done

How to Print the File.

Step 1. Click on the page you're wanting to print.

Step 2. Press on the green tab called 'File'

Step 3. Press on the 'Print' button. (5th from the bottem)

Step 4. Select the printer you're wanting to use

Step 5. Press on the 'Printer Button' in the top left of that page.

And you're Done

How to Save the File.

You have 2 options in order you can save this file.

Option 1.

Step 1. click the Blue Floppy Disk

And you're Done

or

Option 2.

Step 1. Click on the green tab called 'File'

Step 2. Press Save just below the 'File' tab

And you're Done.

How to Close the File

Step 1. Make sure you've saved the file.

Step 2. Press the 'X' Button in the top right hand corner of the screen

And you're Done.
